General
- What are your season dates?
Woodclose Park is open from the 1st of March 2024 until the 2nd of January 2025 for holiday homeowners, glamping pods, Treetops Apartment, and the touring field. Please see sections 9-14 in our Terms and Conditions.
- Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on park, however, we ask that they are kept on a lead and that you use the dog bins provided. There is a maximum of two dogs per booking and only some of our glamping accommodation is dog-friendly, so please check upon booking. Please note - where accommodation is listed as not dog-friendly, this does not guarantee that the property has not been occupied by pets in the past.
- What time is check-in?
Tourers can check in from 1pm and glamping pods and Treetops from 3pm. If you are arriving after 5pm, please let us know.
- What time is check-out?
Check-out for touring is 12pm and for the glamping pods and Treetops, it's 10:30am.
- When is the reception open?
Reception is open from 9am - 5pm.
- What is the maximum group size that can book?
Group bookings must be kept to a maximum of three glamping pods or pitches.
- What is the cancellation policy?
Please refer to section 9 of our Booking Terms and Conditions.
- How much will the deposit be?
The deposit to pay upon booking will be 25% of the full amount. If you are paying within two weeks before you arrive, you will need to pay the full amount upon booking.
- I’m bringing a baby, are a travel cot and high chair provided?
Travel cots and high chairs are available to hire for £15 per item. If you require these, please add them upon booking. Subject to availability. Please note that bedding is not provided for the travel cot and the mattress supplied is thin, so you will need to bring your own.
- Are there accessible facilities?

- Is there a washing machine on site?
We have a laundry room with two washing machines, two tumble dryers and an iron and ironing board. Treetops apartment also has an iron and ironing board.
- Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is provided by a third party and is available to purchase by connecting to the network and following the instructions. Connection and speed may be inconsistent and unreliable. Wi-Fi is for recreational use and not for business purposes. If you have any concerns, please contact us for details before confirming your booking.
- Is there good phone reception?
Yes, there is good phone reception on park.
- Can I bring a BBQ?
Small portable BBQs are available in the shop in reception.
- How far is it to walk to Kirkby Lonsdale?
Kirkby Lonsdale is a 10-15 minute walk from the park - we are just up the hill from Devil's Bridge.
